The Citroën-site on the Place Yser - located on a unique and strategic position in the city of Brussels and begging for a programmatic metamorphose…  a dream for every planner / urbanist / architect.

The team WAM – Wessel de Jonge Architecten + Advisers + MS-A – is entrusted with the creative study on the various reconversion options for the imposing showroom with ateliers, both jewels from the modern era.  A profound analysis on diverse themes as programming and volumetry, technical and operational feasibility, affordability and durability, ecological impact, … will clarify the future possibilities for this iconic industrial building.

The construction of the Bordet Institute on the same campus as the Erasmus Hospital is an important stage on both Belgian and international level, on the treatment and the care of cancer patients. The Institute will increase the current capacity to extend by from 160 to 250 beds and 40 removal location data per day. It will include all nurse services and make use of the most advanced medical technologies, which are essential for the provision of multidisciplinary oncology care and will also incorporate important infrastructure for clinical and translational research.

De Koninck, the oldest brewery at the port of the city of Antwerpen, plans to redevelop the old site building at the Boomgaardstraat into an innovative beer experience centre. Aim of the center is to bring national and international tourists to discover in an interactive and educational way the world known flemish  beer culture.

Exhibitions rooms, tasting centre, multimedia experience will take place into an entirely refurbished building. A new building (bloc B) will stress the access to the center and organizes the internal circulation. An national and international team of designers, event designers, architects, interior architects collaborate actively and intensely in the project aiming to complete it in juin 2015

Construction of a new multimedia center including a public city library. This ambitious project is a city renewal project that creates new streets, squares and footpaths along the water.

The target of this project is to become an attractive area for people of Gent. Various functions, that bring life to site both day and night, will enhance the surroundings of Waalse Krook. The goal is to create a living and secure neighbourhood.

Construction of a new residential care facility in Vilvoorde. This modern and hyper functional building not only includes care facilities but also other related services and an underground public parking. The OCMW Vilvoorde has opted for an “open concept” where the residents are connected to the urban life through a variety of services for example of a nursery and cafeteria.
