Mission

Advisers' mission : Assistance in the follow-up and the delivery of the office building and coordination of the tenants requirements.

ADVISERS acted as project manager for the QRS client and supervised the good cooperation of the various construction partners, followed the progress of the works and the quality of the implementation and checked the evolution of the budget, the progress and overall planning of the project. ADVISERS was also responsible for the communication with the future tenant PwC as well as for the integration and coordination of his wishes (additional equipment and fittings) with the basic project.

Mission

Advisers' mission : Assistance in the governance for the follow-up and the delivery of the office building and its equipment and advice in the development and realization of the building-bound fitout.

Argenta (end user) and Investar have worked together to a future, sustainable and future-oriented real estate strategy at the headquarters Argenta on the Beligiëlei in Antwerp with a total building area of ​​50,000 m2. Advisers - as an independent expert to assist these two institutions in their objectives - has for mission the realization of a Study and Vision for the real estate development of the site in the long term, not only for the redevelopment of the building but also for the maintenance of it over time. In collaboration with the two partners, the main objectives linked to this important heritage complex were to detect the operating poles of short and long term users (balance of rental space after moving / moving in).
