In the heart of the Quartier Leopold, the Project «Mehrregionenhaus - Hessische Landesvertretung“, headquarter of different European Regions in Brussels and better known as MONTINDU, has just become the Certification Leed “Gold” (63 out of 69 points) and it is the first Building to have reached this level by the Leed certification in Belgium. With around 8.000 m², 7 levels and 17 parking spaces on the basement, the building responds to a double challenge, a high energetically efficient concept and the very strict requirements of the final user. The MONTINDU is a pure PPP completion having involved different partners, the MONTINDU private Partner (Kairos – Hannover Leasing – Helaba Bank and Bilfinger Facility Management); the contractor (Hessisches Immobilienmanagement) and the final user among which is the “Hessiche Landesvertretung Brüssel” the main occupant.
Advisers accomplished a double mission; as AMO for the Private Partner (Kairos) and as Leed representative of the owner during the whole process.
